• Ensure and control/ monitoring in the field from fabrication to installation, as well as testing the installation
results by implementation quality of work at the project site following the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
• Review and control all the inspection checklist report and creat confirmation to the construction team (Project
Manager/ Site Manager) to determine repair/replacement if needed.
• Collect installed installation data, test results and certificates (if required) to perform level 2 commissioning, and

Location
Education
in Mechanical Engineering, I studied Material Science and Manufacturing Technology. I am experienced in to create or read mechanical design (SolidWorks) and familiar with simulation software ANSYS. Besides focusing on academics, I participated in various organizations such as leading multiple departments in Mechanical Engineering Student Association Pertamina University.

(Only for data center project) • Documenting the defect list form with completeness agreed completion date between Site QC and SPV. • Make a report to the QC Manager every month.
