Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Stay up-to-date on industry standards (such as ISO, regulations, etc.) and help implement them in the production process. Gather and analyze data to identify trends, causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality incidents.

Learning and understanding: Technical Specifications, Shop Drawing, Material/Equipment (has been approved by the Consultant/MK/Owner), work methods, measuring tools used (have been calibrated and valid), and minutes of Aanwijzing/Clarification. Ensuring the quality of materials that arrive in the field and which will be installed according to standards to pass the inspection. Ensure and control/ monitoring in the field from fabrication to installation, as well as testing the installation results by implementation quality of work at the project site following the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Collect installed installation data, test results and certificates (if required) to perform level 2 commissioning, and Accompany level 3 and 4 commissioning testing and ensure that the quality of work is good.
