1. -Experience in the install field instruments like valve control,on-off valve,press transmitter,temp transmitter, flow transmitter, etc.-

Experience in calibrating analyzer tools like o2 analyzer, co2 analyzer, ph meters, Conductivity analyzer and continuous emission monitoring system. –

-Experience in the trouble shooting instrument equipment

-Perform field inspection with continuity test, functional test as follow specification project per

system and sub system.

-Calibration Transmitter ( PIT,FIT,TIT) with hartCom 375,475.Brain Terminal yokogawa

-Calibration vibration sensor like axial, radial and keypasor.

-Perform Stroke test Shutdown Valve (SDV and BDV) to ensure valve work properly

-Installation distribution panel with Termination cable, conduit & cable tray and lighting.

-Installation air supply for field instrument

-Execute and responsibility in Tubing leak test task.

-Trouble shooting for electrical instrument equipment like control valve, flow

meter, temperature controller, pressure switch and controller, level switch, instal panel ,camera burner, etc

-Calibration analyzer likes consistency, Conductivity,pH,O2,CO2,Dust analyzer, CEMS, Turbidity,etc

-Commissioning for start up of all electrical and instrumentation system.

-Good capabilities for trouble shooting Instrument equipment such as local pressure ,local flow meter, local temperature, pressure transmitter, flow meter transmitter, temperature transmitter, camera burner, CCTV, field and equipment analyzer likes ph meters,Cems,consistency, conductivity and etc.

-Repair and servicing electronic equipment Likes CCTV,monitor,Camera Burner,Camera kiln, amplifier (audio) and etc.
